Welcome to Melodia Events! We are also known as “Melodia Event Management” by our Malayali clients in Kerala. We are an event management company based in the Kerala state of India, committed to delivering exceptional event planning and coordination services. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the subsequent terms and conditions. Kindly review them attentively before proceeding:
Service Agreement:
1.1. This point states that by engaging with Melodia Events’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2. Melodia Events offers a range of event planning and coordination services, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and other related services.
1.3. It is important for the client to provide accurate and complete information to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Melodia Event Management cannot be held responsible for errors or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Event Planning and Coordination:
2.1. Melodia Events works closely with the client to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements for the event.
2.2. With their professional expertise and resources, Melodia Event Management Company plans, organizes, and coordinates the event, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome within the agreed parameters.
2.3. However, certain factors beyond the control of Melodia Event Management, such as weather conditions, venue limitations, or third-party services, may influence the success of the event.
Pricing and Payments:
3.1. The pricing for Melodia Events’ services will be communicated to the client based on the event requirements and discussed during the initial consultation.
3.2. To secure the services, the client may be required to make a deposit or upfront payment as agreed upon.
3.3. The final payment, including any additional costs incurred during the event, must be made within the agreed timeframe specified in the invoice provided by Melodia Event Management.
Cancellations and Refunds:
4.1. In the event of the client’s decision to cancel the event or terminate Melodia Events’ services, any payments made will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
4.2. Melodia Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, they will work with the client to find suitable alternatives or provide a refund, as appropriate.
Client Responsibilities:
5.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the planning and execution of the event.
5.2. The client is also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the event and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules.
5.3. The client’s cooperation is essential in providing prompt decisions, approvals, and feedback to facilitate the smooth progress of the event planning and coordination process.
Liability and Indemnity:
6.1. Melodia Events cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries, including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss, arising from the event or the provision of their services.
6.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Melodia Event Management, its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the event or the client’s actions or omissions.
Confidentiality:
7.1. Any information shared by the client with Melodia Event Management during the course of the engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
7.2. Melodia Event Management will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the explicit consent of the client, except as required by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
8.1. These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India.
8.2. In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of services, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve them through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
Modifications:
9.1. Melodia Event Management reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. The most current version will be made available on their website or provided upon request.
9.2. By continuing to use Melodia Event Management’s services after any modifications to the terms, the client indicates their acceptance of the updated terms.
