Welcome to Melodia Event Management Company
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified event management company in Kerala with over 15 years of experience in the field. Our Melodia Company specializes in weddings and a variety of other corporate and private events, creating lasting memories for countless clients in the Malayalee community and those seeking Kerala destination weddings. Melodia Event Management has successfully planned over 750 weddings, 100 corporate events, 50 inaugurations, and 300 other private events over the past decade, up to 2024. Additionally, the brand name Melodia Event Management is often referred to interchangeably as Melodia Events by the company and people in Kerala. Melodia Events is primarily used as an informal or short name for the company; however, our official name remains Melodia Event Management. We primarily serve in God’s Own Country as a specialized event management company for Kerala events or Malayalam land.
In 2008, our venture was initiated in Kuriachira, Thrissur. At first, we handled event management tasks mostly in the limited regions close to Thrissur and its surroundings. What started as a small firm has now expanded into a multi-locality event management service in Kerala. Our hard work has enabled us to step out of the neighborhoods of Thrissur to the popular territories of Calicut and Cochin. Today, Melodia Events is strongly represented in Thrissur, Calicut, Trivandrum, and Kochi – the four most dynamic cities of Kerala.
Mayjohn P J - A Visionary's Journey
Mr. Mayjohn P J, also known as Mayjohn Pindiyan, is the owner, CEO, and founder of Melodia Event Management Company. Mr Mayjohn, after his MBA graduation worked under several IT firms in Thrissur and Kochi. His talent lay elsewhere though, he was a part of a ganamela and orchestra troupes as a professional singer. His vocal ability was showcased in many occasions and wedding ceremonies. He tried to explore his passion with his own orchestra troupe – Valence Orchestra, but it didn’t develop as expected.
Then the idea – ‘Event Management’ struck his mind. The term as well as the event management field was relatively unknown till 2008. This was the inspiration that led to the founding of Melodia Events. Mayjohn’s interest in the performing arts brings the collective insight of an audience and spectators to Melodia events, allowing to organize occasions in a unique manner. For the first three years, Melodia Events was operating without an office setting. However, in 2011, they opened a tiny office in Thrissur, marking their transition into a fully functioning organization. Right now, as we reach 2024, the company has grown with multiple offices in different districts and cities across Kerala.

Our Mission
Our mission at Melodia Event Management is to provide professional event planning and management services throughout Kerala, from the northern district of Kasaragod to the southern district of Trivandrum, including small cities and big cities. We focus on delivering the best professional events specifically to the Malayali community and those outsiders who are organizing events in Kerala. Our mission also includes providing professional event services to rural areas, villages, and small towns in remote or interior Kerala, combining creativity, attention to detail, and cultural relevance to bring your dream celebrations to life. Whether it’s a traditional or destination wedding, corporate event, or private gathering, we aim to exceed expectations and make each event a memorable and professional, stress-free experience for our clients.
A Recall of Achievements
Our journey of accomplishments for Melodia event management in the film and entertainment industry has been nothing short of remarkable. From adorning the sets of acclaimed Malayalam films to celebrity weddings, our event management has been gaining recognition. Our participation was in the movies Oppam with Superstar Mohanlal, Bro Daddy, Honeybee, and the upcoming big-budget film Mohanlal: Barozza.
Now our focus is shifting towards destination weddings in Kerala, with hopes of bringing foreign couples from around the globe to the land of gods. Kerala is becoming quite the apt location for picture-worthy weddings for couples from other states of India as well. The coastal beaches, serene backwaters, and major historical locations serve as the perfect backdrop for lovely destination weddings in Kerala.
We are proud members of prestigious event management associations: EMAT (Event Management Association in Thrissur), EMAK (Event Management Association in Kerala), and EEMA India: Event and Entertainment Management Association. We have garnered various awards for our dedication to the event management industry in Kerala. Our accomplishments have been celebrated in esteemed publications, including a feature on Dr. Sheha Pfizer’s wedding by Melodia Event Management in The New York Times, solidifying our stature not just locally, but on an international level.
