The Nayar Memorial Academy Complex in Kannur is a huge and versatile site. Nayanar Memorial Academy Complex in Kannur – A Premier Venue for Weddings and Events The Nayanar Memorial Academy Complex was built by the communist party to encourage studies and research on socio-political issues pertaining to Kerala in 2018 and is spread over 45000 square feet in three floors. It is situated near the cantonment area in Kannur. For the loving memory of former chief minister EK Nayanar.
Apart from the open-air auditorium, which has a seating capacity of 1200 people, the complex has a huge dining space, conference hall, seminar hall, and reference library. Where people from all religions and casts conduct their weddings, receptions, birthday parties, and large corporate events, business seminars, product launches, and fashion shows are conducted by many companies.
It also has the state-of-the-art museum containing the history of the communist party, showcasing the historical moments and struggles of the party since its inception in Kerala in 1920.
