Melodia Event Management has planned and executed numerous events at Safa Convention Centre. Our experience at this venue has been practical and insightful, especially when organizing large weddings, receptions, and corporate functions. Safa Convention Centre was established in 1998 and later renovated to improve its facilities and infrastructure. After the renovation and expansion, the venue now offers a much larger and more functional space, which has helped attract more clients looking for spacious venues for large events.

One of the major advantages of this venue is the large space available for event setups and decorations. Space is very important for large functions such as weddings and receptions, and the expanded layout of the venue allows event planners to design creative stage decorations and seating arrangements effectively. Because the hall is spacious, one of the important tasks for our event management team is to utilize the available space properly without leaving empty areas. The main hall has a seating capacity of around 2500 guests, with balcony seating and a spacious stage area. The venue also includes a mini hall with a capacity of around 250 guests, which is suitable for small functions, dining arrangements, or side events.

Another important facility is the large dining hall with a capacity of around 800 guests, where tables and chairs can be arranged according to the number of attendees. The dining area helps manage food service efficiently during weddings and large gatherings. The kitchen area and supporting facilities are also suitable for handling large-scale catering services.

Parking is another strong advantage of the venue. Safa Convention Centre provides a large parking area of around 150,000 sq. ft., which can accommodate approximately 450 cars at a time. The expanded parking facilities help reduce congestion and make vehicle management easier during big events.
