The main hall and dining hall are there at the Ebrason Convention Centre, Mundur, Palakkad. The main hall can accommodate a maximum of 1,500 guests and the dining hall can accommodate a maximum of 750 guests. The hire charge of the building depends upon a number of parameters and the usual rate is ₹2,50,000 (two lakh fifty thousand).
The building also accommodates a green room and parking space for about 300 cars.
