Guided by their vision, our team arrived at Mankara Farms in Kombathukadavu. The moment the client laid eyes on the expansive, sun-drenched green lawns and the towering coconut groves, they were completely captivated by the venue. However, as an experienced event management team with over 18 years in the industry, we knew that a stunning aesthetic is only half the battle; the true test lies in execution.
Managing a sprawling 3.5-acre open-air property presents real, on-ground challenges that standard concrete banquet halls never face. What looks perfect on a paper blueprint can shift instantly under open skies. Factors like maintaining a smooth guest flow, tracking power loads for intensive lighting grids, and managing the exact timing of external catering logistics require absolute technical foresight.
To eliminate any margin of error, our first step was to bring the venue into a digital space. Using specialized 3D floor-planning software like SketchUp and AllSeated, we engineered a high-precision digital layout before moving a single piece of equipment to the site:
