The Village Kerala has a number of accommodation options that are meant to imply traditional Kerala lifestyle and rustic appeal.

• Heritage “Mana”: There are two heritage Manas in the resort (traditional priestly houses of ancient Kerala). One of them is a one-bedroom Mana, another a three-bedroom Mana. They are both designed using the traditional wooden style (walls and ceilings in the traditional arar and nira woodwork) and the verandahs cover the length of the house – a restroom or reading area. Wooden stair cases and attics bring in the real nostalgic touch.

• Cottages: The cottages are comprised of four cottages each consisting of one bedroom, AC, spacious attached bathroom, and a sit-out which is facing the evergreen paddy fields. The environment features fruit trees (papaya, sapota, jackfruit, mango, banana), which provide the effect of being in the nature.

• Veedu (Homes): There are also two Veedus (houses) in the venue that have 10 bedrooms, and the houses are designed to resemble the typical 1980s Kerala houses. These are well equipped with bath rooms; some have bathtubs. Houses are all air-conditioned.

• Restaurant: It has a restaurant which can seat 50 individuals, 1,600 sq. ft. of dining area. It incorporates open concept dining room, greenery everywhere, plenty of natural light and air and a lookout to greenery around. The restaurant also has a small lotus pond in front of it. Their chef serves the menu which is multi-cuisine and the original Kerala cuisine. Buffet service can be done.
•   Conference Hall: A conference hall is available in case of functions or gatherings; it is full of air-conditioning capacity of up to 150 persons, and it has a projector and a screen to use. Buffet-style servicing also can be offered here.
• Swimming Pool and Leisure: The resort has got a swimming pool in a secluded and exclusive area. There are umbrellas and seats by the poolside that can be used to relax and the quality of water is continuously checked. The scenery along the pool is green and fertile- a place to unwind and have a party before a wedding.
• Yard and Indoor Play: In the case with children, there is a children games area ( tile-floored, airy, thatched roof) with toy bicycles, small ride, and small slide. To have fun indoor, there is air-conditioned pool room (probably to play such games as billiards, snooker, etc.).
• Multi-Purpose Field: The other field is the multi-purpose outdoor field where the resort can engage in activities such as shuttle badminton or basketball which is an ideal choice whenever it comes to casual sports or in case of group activities.
