Since Kayyalas operates as a “venue-only” space, Melodia Events takes full responsibility for coordinating catering, decor, power backup (generator facilities), and complete waste management. For the convenience of the wedding party, we utilize the on-site AC and non-AC bedrooms as designated Green Rooms for bridal preparations and makeup, ensuring the couple feels at home.
We ensure that every 4-hour event window is utilized to its fullest potential, respecting the peaceful village atmosphere by managing sound levels and ensuring all celebrations conclude gracefully by 10:00 PM.
