This is the story of a breathtaking wedding organized by the Melodia Event Management team at Neelambari Ecotourism, situated on the serene banks of the Aarathapuzha River in Thrissur. Held on August 18, 2025, the wedding of Srivin and Kavya became a true visual spectacle as Neelambari Ecotourism’s rustic charm met Melodia’s signature decorative expertise.
The wedding ceremonies took place at Neelambari Ecotourism’s famous ‘Jaalam Canopy.’ Melodia focused on transforming this lush green space into a heavenly setting without losing its natural essence. The wedding mandap—decorated with a mesmerizing combination of white and pink flowers, transparent white curtains, and traditional Kerala-style bells—was elegant yet profoundly beautiful. The natural bamboo clusters behind the mandap acted as a living frame for the rituals.
To welcome the guests, a floral entrance was created at the Jaalam Padippura, featuring a Lord Ganesha idol that added a divine aura to the occasion. We ensured the pink-and-white theme was consistent throughout the event, right down to the ribbons used in the guest seating arrangements.
Every corner of Neelambari complemented the celebration perfectly. The majestic ‘Koothambalam’ with its traditional grandeur, the cool breeze at ‘Puzhayoram’ (the riverside), and the manicured green lawns provided Srivin and Kavya with unforgettable backdrops for their photoshoot.
Since the resort was booked for 24 hours (from noon to noon), guests thoroughly enjoyed staying in the modern rooms built in traditional Kerala architecture. The boat-shaped Ayurvedic spa and the laterite-stone pond offered a refreshing experience for everyone in attendance.
For this daytime ceremony, the schedule was meticulously planned from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Along with top-notch in-house catering, Neelambari also provided ample parking space for all guests. The Melodia team visited the venue well in advance to ensure every preparation was perfect.
