This property is an intimate event space to celebrate all special events. Thottam – Venture by Chiriankandath offers multiple event venues for customized stage setups, seating arrangements, and décor themes for weddings and special events.
The property includes 3 spaces for events : a semi-open hall with a guest capacity of 1000, a riverside garden with a 200 guest capacity, and a backyard with a 100 guest capacity. Up to 270 cars can be parked in this spacious area.

When using the outdoor spaces of Thottam, we plan stage décor and lighting in a way that maintains the natural beauty of the venue. Choosing the best stage position is the most important task, and we do this well based on our experience

There is a mandapam (stage) in the outdoor wedding area of the venue, and it is designed in the traditional architecture of Kerala. It is a traditional mandapam setup with a roof and four pillars supporting the roof. This mandapam is exactly suitable for arranging traditional Kerala weddings.

As the mandapam and pillars are already in place, the area does not require any heavy decoration work. A few traditional hangings and flowers are enough to make the area look beautiful and perfect for a Hindu wedding. Conducting the event in this area provides a very natural feel, as if the event is being conducted in our own place. The guests who visit this area are always very happy, and this makes the work of handling the guests much simpler. The path leading to the traditional mandapam resembles the paths in the village area, and this provides a unique charm for the videography and photography.
