A lovely backwater resort, Vedic Village Retreat located in Kodungallur, Thrissur is an intimate destination wedding spot. The retreat features 15 AC rooms available for guest stays and offers dedicated vehicle parking space for at least 15 cars.
For celebrations, the venue includes two distinct event spaces:
Sarvam: A versatile indoor dining and wedding feast space that can comfortably accommodate a minimum of 70 guests.

The beauty of a wedding lies in its simplicity and in arrangements that blend seamlessly with nature. Join us as we walk through the design blueprint we created during our direct visit to Vedic Village Retreat, one of the most suitable venues for an intimate wedding, located on the border of Thrissur and Ernakulam, and the breathtaking wedding setup we brought to life there on the special day.
As guests cross the Kottappuram Bridge from National Highway 66 and enter the main road leading to the resort while enjoying the refreshing breeze from the backwaters, the excitement of the wedding begins right there.
As you pass through the gate, you are welcomed by a beautifully landscaped garden filled with lush greenery.
At the heart of the resort lies a beautiful large swimming pool. We used this area for the evening’s informal gathering and photoshoot. The poolside was decorated with floating candles and lavender lighting, creating a stunning landscape after sunset.
The biggest attraction of this venue is the waterfront open lawn called “Bhūmi.” This beautifully maintained lawn can comfortably accommodate 100 guests (100 Pax).
After the wedding ceremony, guests proceeded directly to the indoor dining hall named “Sarvam.”
