On 22 June 2026, our team at Melodia Event Management had the privilege of planning and executing their reception at Wedding Village, Ayyanthole, Puzhakkal, Thrissur. As the wedding planner, our goal was to ensure every detail reflected the couple’s vision. Recognised as one of the finest wedding hall in Thrissur and an elegant reception banquet hall, Wedding Village provided the perfect setting for a memorable celebration despite one unexpected challenge—the monsoon rain.
The day was marked by heavy rainfall across Thrissur. Roads were waterlogged, travel was slower than usual, and guests faced difficulties reaching the venue. Weather like this can easily disrupt a wedding celebration, but it also highlights the importance of careful planning and an experienced team.
Long before the guests arrived, our wedding organiser team had prepared contingency plans for weather-related delays. Every aspect—from guest arrival and parking coordination to event timelines—was carefully managed so the evening continued without interruptions.
