Orchard Sea View Resort is a serene coastal venue located in Snehatheeram, Thrissur. The property features four well-maintained rooms that can comfortably accommodate around 12 people. The highlight of the venue is its beautiful sea-facing outdoor area, perfect for intimate gatherings and special celebrations. This is an outdoor beachfront venue with a capacity of 250 guests and a wide parking area where 100 vehicles can park. A lot of activities are conducted at the venue, which features a stunning sunset view.

For those who dream of a stunning beach wedding, Orchard Sea View Resort, located facing the Thalikulam Thampankadavu Beach on the shores of Thrissur, is a beautiful hidden location. The Melodia Event Management team recently visited this venue personally and carefully evaluated the facilities and travel routes. Sharing that venue experience:
When turning towards the beach road through Pathamkall Junction from NH 66, the journey is very smooth. Since it is a wide and clean tar road, large wedding travelers and decoration vehicles can reach the resort without any difficulty.
When we enter through the resort’s large main gate and entrance, the first thing that catches our attention is the spacious parking facility available for vehicles. Parking issues are often a challenge in beachside venues, but that is not a problem here — there is a large space where 100 vehicles can be safely parked at the same time.
As we move inside after crossing the main gate, we can see beautifully arranged coconut groves standing on both sides. These coconut trees give the venue a perfect Kerala tropical look. The pathway running between them leads directly towards the Arabian Sea! There is direct access to the beach spread right in front of the resort (Direct Beach Access). Since it is a peaceful beach with fewer public crowds, this is a big plus point for those who prefer privacy.
The sea-facing lawn, arranged right in front of the sea, is the main attraction here. This place can create a beautiful open-air venue with seating capacity for 250 people (250 seating capacity). Without unnecessary noise and with only close relatives and friends attending, this location is most suitable for an intimate wedding. With the sea as the backdrop, Melodia can beautifully arrange the mandap and stage setup, seating arrangements for 250 people, and a dining area here.
Apart from wedding ceremonies, many outdoor activities can be conducted here for those coming for Haldi-Sangeet celebrations or family get-togethers, so that guests do not feel bored. The resort has volleyball, badminton, and basketball courts.
Above everything, the biggest USP of this place is the stunning sunset view (Stunning Sunset View). During the evening, when the sky is painted with beautiful sunset shades, the moments of exchanging garlands with the sea as the witness become the best lighting window for wedding photographers to capture.
Melodia designed this venue in a way that allows guests to enjoy both the sea breeze and sunlight equally. We arranged a transparent top canopy structure above the main ceremony area. This not only protected from sunlight but also provided complete comfort to guests without losing the open feel of the beachside. Melodia used a special theme where Kerala tradition and modern vibes come together.
A beautiful carpet in red and golden shades was laid for the main walkway. On both sides, elegant chairs covered with white fabric and decorated with red bows (Orange/Red Bows) were arranged at the perfect distance to accommodate up to 250 people.
Simple yet elegant flower stands (Flower Stands) placed on the sides of the walkway gave guests a beautiful welcome feel. The main stage was decorated with garlands, umbrellas reflecting traditional charm, and a variety of flowers.
To ensure that the sound of the sea waves did not affect the program, Melodia accurately placed professional sound systems (Line-Source Speakers) on both sides of the stage, as shown in the picture. The entire seating arrangement was managed while leaving enough space for guests to comfortably walk towards the rooms on the side of the resort and the main gate.
