Melodia Event Management has handled an event at Deja Blu, Thambankadavu, coordinating the event in its beachfront setting. From the initial setup to the ceremony and evening celebrations, the event required careful coordination of the outdoor spaces, guest movement, sound, décor, and event timeline.
The event day began with preparations inside the villa. The available indoor spaces provided dedicated areas for bridal dressing, groom preparation, and family arrangements. The team coordinated the different preparation activities while the outdoor event setup was being completed.
On the beachfront lawn, the event team worked on the ceremony setup, seating, floral arrangements, and sound requirements. The open setting required attention to the coastal surroundings while positioning the stage, seating, and other event elements.
As the ceremony approached, guests were seated facing the beachfront setting. The ceremony setup was planned to make use of the natural ocean view while keeping the guest seating and central event area organised.
The traditional Chenda Melam added to the atmosphere as the couple made their entry through the lawn. Throughout the ceremony, the team coordinated the movement of the couple, guests, photography team, sound team, and other event requirements.
After the ceremony, the event transitioned into the evening celebrations. As daylight softened, the lighting across the outdoor area helped create a different atmosphere for the reception.
The team coordinated the transition between ceremony and evening activities while managing guest movement and the timing of the different programme elements. The beachfront setting also provided a natural backdrop for photographs and couple moments during the event.
