The Stage Setup: We recently positioned a custom-built stage at a specific angle to catch the shimmering water reflections behind the couple. It’s a photographer’s dream.
The “Canopy of Stars”: The property is filled with towering coconut trees. Instead of using heavy metal trusses, we string decorative Edison bulbs and fairy lights directly between the trees. At night, it creates a warm, festive glow that feels organic and magical.

The Poolside Charm: We often recommend the left-side lawn for Baptisms or Holy Communions. It’s intimate and breezy.
The Grand Reception: The expansive right-side lawn is where we truly scale up. We’ve managed weddings here with 2,000 guests, and because the resort only hosts one event at a time, the sense of privacy and “home” is absolute. There’s no clashing music from a neighboring hall—just your celebration and the sound of the breeze.
January 10th – The Golden Hour: “We were finishing the final floral touches on the poolside mandap at exactly 5:30 PM for a traditional Kerala Hindu wedding. The way the sunlight filtered through the coconut palms and hit the water was breathtaking. It’s those few minutes of ‘Golden Hour’ at Edassery Resorts that make every bit of the coordination worth it.”
February 14th – The Seamless Flow: “Managing a 1,500+ guest list can be chaotic, but here, we used the poolside for live food counters. The guests loved the open-air dining experience, and the natural airflow kept everyone comfortable without the need for heavy cooling systems.”
